From April 14 to 29, 2024, ACR Poker will host the $10,650,000 GTD Venom Special series.
Features of the series
From April 14 to 29, 2024, the $10,650,000 GTD Venom Special series will be held at ACR Poker, PokerKing, Black Chip Poker.
The festival will be timed to coincide with the flagship tournament of the Winning Poker Network – The Venom.
- The series schedule includes 75 events with buy-ins from $16.5 to $1,050. Most MTTs (44) feature entries of $109, $215, and $630.
- The series' average guaranteed prize pool is $142k, the minimum is $40k, and the maximum is a booming $1M.
- Two millionaire tournaments: Venom Special Sunday HR $1,000,000 GTD for $630 will start on Sundays at 13:05 ET.
- There are only six Omaha tournaments on the schedule, including Hi-Low format. They all start in pairs on Sundays at 14:05 ET and feature buy-ins of $630 and $1,050 and guarantees of $50k and $100k, respectively.
- Almost all events in the series have a deep structure: the blinds grow for 10-20 minutes, and the starting stacks start from 150BB. The very first tournaments start every day at 09:05-11:05 ET.

Satellites
Venom Special is one of the most expensive festivals of all that take place in the WPN rooms. However, players can get into each event not only directly but also through a standard grid of step satellites, tickets that are suitable for any tournament with the same buy-in:
- For $630 – $6.60 > $66*.
- For $290 – $2.50 > $33.
- For $109 – $1.10 > $11.
- For $55 – $0.55 > $5.50.
- The intermediate ticket can be used not only in the satellite of the last level, in which tickets for $630 are played but also in any tournament that costs $66.
